*Position Overview: *

The Strategic Partnerships Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with key partners in the crypto industry. This role is essential in scaling the business through collaborative efforts. The Partnerships Manager works closely with internal Founders to ensure that partnerships align with the company's goals.

In this role, you will:

• Develop strategic partnership initiatives in the crypto industry.
• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and management of complex partnerships that enhance and grow our brand.
• Investor Relations: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential investors, including venture capitalists, angel investors, and crowdfunding platforms.
• Set up collabs with crypto influencers to promote the Reflex Token.
• Source, build and lead crypto mining communities that leverage our current affiliate partnerships.

*Qualifications: *

• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, preferably within the crypto industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the crypto community.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

*Compensation: *

This position operates on a success-fee or 'Commissions' basis to start with plans of converting it to Full-Time in Q1 of 2025 (Can be paid either a salary, equity or via $RFX Tokens). You're also able to receive a percentage of the funds you help raise.
