What You'll Do:

• · Turn Vision into Action: Build frameworks and turn big ideas into execution & plans.
• · Own Operations: Lead hiring, manage payroll, set timelines, and remove blockers.
• · Bridge Vision and Execution: Align strategy + technical execution & eliminate inefficiencies.
• · Drive Accountability: Create systems to track progress, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
• · Scale Strategically: Build processes to grow teams, products, and revenue.

What You'll Bring:
MUST:
· Experience scaling digital products ($20M+ ARR, SaaS, marketplaces, or subscription businesses)
· 10+ yrs Experience scaling teams of 50+ in fast-growing startups (VP Ops, COO, or similar)
· Strong technical understanding and ability to deal with engineering teams
· Track record of turning ideas into organized, scalable systems
· Experience managing $10M+ operational budgets
· Relentless drive to own projects and deliver world-class results
