Checkout Page is transforming how businesses sell online with a no-code custom checkout page builder.
We’re a small startup that’s already profitable and recently secured funding from the TinySeed accelerator program.
The Role
We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist.
Your main tasks will include managing our live chat and answering customer questions, writing help articles, training an AI bot, and booking sales calls.
You’ll be joining a small, remote team of three: two co-founders and an SEO writer.
We’re all about getting work done with minimal fuss. That means no office, no on-site meetings, and few team-building activities. Instead, you’ll have lots of freedom to work how and where you want to work from.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is proactive, quick to learn, and doesn’t get stuck if they don’t have all the answers right away.
- Has a technical mindset and enjoys solving problems. Our app is easy to use, but there are a lot of technical details to learn and troubleshoot.
- Writes clearly and professionally in English.
Your Role
- Engage with customers via live chat, responding to questions and resolving issues.
- Create example solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Triage customer messages and set up sales calls for Andy, our sales lead.
- Organize and write help articles for our help center.
- Train an AI bot to assist with customer queries outside of business hours.
Experience/Skills
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with customers, sometimes over extended conversations, listening to their needs, and patiently guiding them to the best outcome.
While strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and solve new problems are most important, prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
No degree required.

Hours
Full time. 5 days a week.
Our customer base is primarily in the U.S. and Europe. This means you’ll need a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with U.S. business hours, including some overlap with the West Coast.
12pm to 4pm CET - 5pm to 9pm CET.

Compensation
Rate: $125 per day, paid monthly
