We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Program Manager to lead our partner engagement initiatives. This role will be pivotal in managing various partner marketing activities, campaigns, and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for building collaborative relationships. Experience in B2B roles and working in tech industry or exposure to technology companies would be a plus.
*Key Responsibilities: *
Create and manage partner programs, including training, resources, and support to maximize partner success
Help facilitate effective communication and collaboration between vendors and partners by acting as a liaison.
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, including ROI analysis.
Support the development and delivery of training programs to educate partners on marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
Gather and organize feedback from partners and customers to assist in the continuous improvement of partner marketing strategies and best practices.
Support in collaborating with partners to create joint marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and videos.
Contribute to the maintenance and updating of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation).
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
*Qualifications: *
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in partner management or program management
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
