Designation : Lab Research Fellow - (Fixed Tenure)

Functional Area : Research Lab Management. Product Development. Lab Management.

Location : lvlAlpha® Product Research Lab, MIT-WPU, KOTHRUD, Pune
(Candidates residing locally will be Considered Exclusively)

Tenure : 06 Months (Fixed Tenure)

Skills : Hardware Engineering, Management, Product Devleopment, Documentation, Audits.

Qualification : UG/PG with interests in Technology Research, Academic Research, Engineering Specialisation.

Technology Area : Wearables, IoT Systems, Mil-Grade Tech, Electronic Systems

Compensation : Upto USD$2.5k or INR2.0L CTC Annually (Depends on your Experience and Education status)

Job Description

1. Manage an ISO 13485 Medical Device QMS Research and Development Lab.
2. Develop research objectives, projects and proposals and be able to handle Engineering Documentation.
3. Manage Lab Resources and Interns during Technology Development Activity.
4. Contribute to Product Concepts, Design and Development.
5. Resolve problems of meeting Research Project objectives and deadlines.
6. Contribute to knowledge generation, knowledge exchange and knowledge transfer activities.
7. Manage Project Roadmap and Resources.
8. Undertake Intern Performance Review, Project Review and manage Audits from internal and external agencies.
9. Work collaboratively in Multiple research projects, intermediating Core team and Interns.
10. Contribute to Intellectual Property Filing, including as a Co-Authorship role.

Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate an ability to manage self, time, resources and people to enable a high level of Laboratory effectiveness.

2. Manage Resources, People and Projects with Auditable Records and Documentations.

3. Successful Delivery of Designs, Research Documents and Prototypes.

4. Commitment to develop own transferable skills, profile and reputation in Engineering Development, to advance own career after the end of the contract period.
