Grow a $500k ARR bootstrapped SaaS company to $1m ARR and beyond

We own and run a bootstrapped SaaS company. We're looking for a GM or business savvy product manager to take over the lead on this. You will run the company and manage its P&L. You will be responsible for getting new customers, keeping the existing customers happy and building our the product further. You have experience:

• managing teams
• selling and building
• taking customer feedback and planning it into the product roadmap
• async and remote work

We have a team of five full time employees. We are all remote and fully async. We are power users of Slack and Zapier.

Most of your work will be focused on helping our customers, relaying that into a product roadmap and working with the engineers to build. You will be responsible for growth, so sales and marketing is core to this position. You'd run demo's, answer customer questions and land new customers.

You would report the P&L and revenue progression to the founders and owners every month. This would be the metric you will be measured on.
