Job Summary:
TimelyAi is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Program Manager to support our Social Media team in Bangalore. This role involves managing daily task assignments, producing and maintaining accurate reporting, and improving team efficiency. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and SQL, with a strong analytical mindset, and will play an essential role in the seamless execution of our social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
**Daily Task Management:
- Oversee and assign daily tasks to team members according to project priorities and deadlines.
- Track progress on assigned tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team members regarding task clarifications and adjustments.
**Reporting & Data Management:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track team performance metrics and KPIs.
- Utilize Excel and SQL to create and update dashboards and ad-hoc reports for data-driven insights.
- Analyze data to identify performance trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
**Process Optimization:
- Support workflow development and process enhancements to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in daily operations and recommend solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize data management processes and reporting accuracy.
**Team Coordination & Support:
- Communicate effectively with social media managers and content creators to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Assist the program manager in project planning, documentation, and action follow-ups.
- Provide additional support as needed, including research, data analysis, and ad-hoc project assistance.
**Qualifications:
**Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
**Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a program management, or similar role, ideally within a social media or marketing team.
- Proven experience with task management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
**Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, report creation, and dashboard building.
- Knowledge of SQL for database queries and handling data-related tasks.
**Other Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion.
- Background in social media metrics or experience in digital marketing.
