Job Summary
Zelthy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to oversee the management of multiple projects, responsible for handling a revenue of around ₹5-10 crores across multiple clients. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in client delivery, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction while leading cross-functional teams of developers, product managers, and QA. The Program Manager will also contribute to the establishment of processes, KPIs, and structures for streamlined operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Client and Revenue Management:

• Own and manage client portfolios, ensuring project delivery within the ₹5 crore revenue scope.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships to drive business growth and customer success.
• Understand client objectives and ensure that Zelthy's platform and solutions align with their business goals.

Project Execution:

• Oversee the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality expectations.
• Track project timelines, resources, and milestones using appropriate tools, ensuring clear documentation.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth execution.

Team Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA, to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure team efficiency and growth.

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with the founding team to develop and optimize the delivery function, including processes, KPIs, and recruitment.
• Champion the implementation of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to improve team productivity.
• Continuously refine and improve internal processes to ensure optimal project management practices.

Client Reporting and Communication:

• Conduct regular status update meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on project progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Maintain transparent communication channels with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or similar roles, preferably in a technology or IT services company.
• Proven experience managing revenue of ₹5 crore or more across multiple clients and projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to balance technical and business conversations.
• Experience with cloud platforms, databases, and tech stacks such as AWS, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and React is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• An advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• Experience working in consulting or healthcare is a strong advantage.
