Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and testing of electronic control systems (e.g., Battery Management Systems, ECU, TCU, CCU, ESC, etc).
Support the development of schematics and PCB layouts using tools like Altium Designer or KiCAD.
Collaborate with software teams to integrate embedded systems and test communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, UART, etc.Perform testing and debugging of automotive electronic systems and analyze data from sensors and controllers to improve system performance.
Document design processes, test procedures, and results for internal and external reporting.
Research and recommend innovative electronics solutions and components.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or previously pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and automotive electronics.
Familiarity with communication protocols like CAN, LIN, or SPI.
Familiarity with electrical harness design and testing
Knowledge of tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or similar for system modeling and analysis.
Hands-on experience with electronic systems design, PCB designing, hardware circuit designing and debugging, decent knowledge about PCB routing guidelines and eletrical/automotive standards.
Basic programming skills in C, Python, or similar languages.
Passion for automotive technology and electronics innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with simulation tools like LTspice or PSPICE.
Knowledge of EV components, such as inverters, motor controllers, and BMS.
At least more than a year hands-on experience with electronics hardware and software development.
