We have 3 Product Lines

1. Safle Wallet
   A non-custodial, multichain wallet app that provides users with the ability to manage their digital assets across multiple blockchains. In addition to the current Wallet App, Safle aims to expand its offerings through Wallet as a Service (WaaS), white-label solutions, and integrated onboarding solutions for the gaming industry. With future-focused features such as wallet abstraction and account abstraction, Safle plans to simplify blockchain interactions for mainstream users and capitalise on Web3 adoption.

2. Safle lens:
   A crypto portfolio viewer for 12 EVm chains and a Web3 gaming insights platform designed to help players track their gaming history, in-game assets, performance, and rankings across multiple games. By positioning itself as the go-to solution for gamer profiles and performance tracking, Safle Lens aims to capture a significant share of the rapidly expanding Web3 gaming market. With the gaming industry expected to reach 500 million users over the next three years, Safle Lens has a unique opportunity to leverage its early-mover advantage to dominate this space.

3. SafleID:
   SafleID is a decentralised identity solution that offers unique on-chain names, cross-chain wallet management, and in future will be able to deliver complete identity-based/reputation/profiling services. Starting as an on-chain naming infrastructure for games, SafleID is evolving into a full-fledged identity platform with applications in Web3 gaming, and cross-chain wallet management. The solution simplifies wallet interactions, enhances security, and unlocks new business opportunities through identity attestations/verifications, anti-bot protection, and cross-chain asset management & monetisation.

About the role
Our product function so far has been founder-led largely built on internal tribal knowledge. This will be our first true product hire outside of the founding team with high product ownership. Given our multi-product DNA, there is now increasing breadth and depth in our products with each product taking a life of its own and we see value in bringing some order to the chaos with this role :).
This role is as early-stage as it gets. Morning standups, scrambling through customer conversations during the day, data digging in the evenings and finally getting to those PRDs at night! The role is also at an interesting intersection of B2B customer conversations and B2C experimentation given our Web 3.0 space.

What you’ll do

• Own and drive the product roadmap, including product decisions, prioritisation and execution
• Lots of user interviews & speaking to users and teams to inform product decisions
• Create detailed product specification documents for the design & development team
• Work closely with design teams to go from ideas to user flows
• Own the Software Development Lifecycle from inception to launch
• Querying databases and monitoring dashboards to track product metrics
• Research the market and competitive landscape to have a pulse of market direction

What makes you a good fit

• 5+ years in product management with complete ownership of delivery, with 2+ years in leadership with experience with web3 and crypto companies.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and decentralisation at large.
• Comfortable with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder
• Rigour, thoroughness and detail-orientation in thought and action
• Extremely high agency and adaptability
• Willingness to get hands dirty with data, customer interviews and so on
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile app development; experience collaborating with engineering teams
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities for complex product challenges
• Proficiency in Jira, BitBucket, Notion, GitBook, GitHub, Figma etc.
