Responsibilities:

Deal Evaluation & Process

• Review and process sales proposals and quotes according to company policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address any discrepancies in deal submissions.

Compliance & Policy Adherence:

• Ensure all deals comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards.
• Stay informed on company policy updates to maintain adherence.

Pricing & Discount Management

• Apply standard pricing models and monitor discount limits.
• Escalate requests outside pre-approved parameters for further review.

Contract Administration

• Prepare and review contracts using approved templates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records.
• Coordinate with legal teams for necessary clarifications.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track deal performance metrics and analyze trends.
• Create dashboards and generate performance reports to support decision-making.

Deal Communication

• Keep stakeholders updated on deal statuses.
• Address inquiries and resolve concerns related to deals promptly.

Compensation and Employment Details:

• Salary: $30 per hour, initially, to be reviewed after 13 weeks.
• It is essential candidates are able to start in December.
• Initially the role is for a 13 week period with the possibility to extend.
