Overview

Our mission at Greenspace is to empower mental health systems, service providers and individuals in care with the technology, insights and expertise they need to substantially improve how services are accessed, measured and delivered. We are looking for an Integrations Specialist to join our growing team and help deliver an integrated Measurement Based Care solution to our healthcare partners.

The Role

As our Integrations Specialist on the Integrations team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging sales, customer success, and engineering to ensure seamless integration experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for managing integration projects end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live, taking ownership of project coordination, implementation, and configuration on Greenspace’s side.

In this role, you’ll work across a diverse range of integration projects with multiple vendors, including integrations with Health Information Systems such as Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Single Sign On (SSO) connections with external identity providers, eReferral integrations, data interfaces with external data warehouses for Business Intelligence (BI), and other specialized use cases.

What you’ll do

Customer Integration Management

  • Manage the end to end delivery of customer integration projects from discovery, connectivity, configuration, UAT to launch.
  • Help facilitate technical customer onboarding, implementation and integration of Greenspace into the customer’s technology stack
  • Help customers map out their integrated workflow
  • Configure integrations across various systems
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Sales on customer calls to understand the customer’s needs and architect/design the technical solution using existing capabilities
  • Conduct business / technical analysis using customer discovery processes to inform the solution, configuration and integration requirements
  • Invest into customer enablement materials via our knowledge base, developer portal, customer collateral, and other templates that enable self service by our customers and customer-facing teams
  • Provide demos, walkthroughs and training of our integration capabilities to prospective and existing customers

Technical Support

  • Execute on Tier 1 and Tier 2 integration support requests, troubleshoot and provide effective support to customer queries from support channels
  • Help improve technical documentation (REST API, SSO, etc), internal and external
  • Troubleshoot connectivity or data flow issues using system logs and other diagnostic tools
  • Provide subject matter expertise internally on integrations

Internal Collaboration

  • Interface closely with Integrations Product Development team to escalate support requests that require development effort (Tier 3)
  • Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to share customer feedback and influence the product roadmap, helping us improve our integration capabilities

Required Skills

  • Education: Degree in engineering, computer science or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  • Technical Experience: 1-3 years in technical role (such as development, QA, technical support, solutions engineering or technology consulting) with the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders in a complex environment
  • Organization and Communication: Excellent project management skills, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • REST API’s: Hands on experience working with aRESTful APIs

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting with understanding of healthcare data exchange standards such as HL7, FHIR, etc.
  • Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Netsmart, AthenaHealth, etc.
  • Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) services using standards like OAuth2, OpenID Connect and SAML2.
  • Experience working in a modern software development environment, including practices like continuous integration, automated testing, code reviews, etc.
  • Experience in a consulting or customer-facing role interacting with executive stakeholders, leading presentations, collecting requirements, driving customer technical implementations, and training users.
