We are a dedicated e-commerce store specializing in selling high-quality god idols, bringing spirituality and devotion closer to your doorstep. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to assist with customer communication and support as we expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
• Call customers to confirm orders, address inquiries, and provide updates on shipping/delivery status.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collect feedback from customers and report insights to the team for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM or other tools.
• Assist in building customer relationships to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce processes and customer service etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Enthusiasm for working in a startup or small-business environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer support or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or order management systems is a bonus.
