Intermediate Product Manager / Business Analyst

We are seeking an Intermediate Product Manager / Business Analyst with Software as a Service (SaaS) product experience.

About the role: We're seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager / Business Analyst to join our product team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology while developing your product management skills in a supportive, knowledge-sharing environment.

Core Requirements:
3+ years of Product Management or Business Analysis experience/knowledge

Demonstrated expertise in core PM/BA methodologies:

User story writing and story slicing
User story mapping
User journey mapping
Release planning

Understanding of product discovery and analytics
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience balancing business objectives with user needs
Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
Proven ability to work in cross-functional product teams
SaaS product experience
Strong prioritization skills using various frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product discovery and requirement gathering
• Create and maintain clear, detailed product documentation
• Write and slice user stories that effectively communicate requirements
• Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver features
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, support)
• Help ensure delivered features meet business objectives and user needs
• Maintain and organize project documentation
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and product planning
