Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our small, fast-paced tech startup. The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and driving the successful execution of our company's initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, marketers, and executives
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct regular meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and objectives
• Manage project scope, resources, and priorities to meet business objectives and deadlines.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts within project teams
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable project plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, computer science, or related field
• Proven experience managing projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the tech industry
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello

Bonus

• Experience in Product Management, including product development, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with business analysis, market research, and strategic planning
• Previous involvement in startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and creativity in problem-solving
