Project Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project timelines, ensuring effective communication across teams, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with the team and clients.
• Track project progress, proactively identifying risks and roadblocks, and implementing solutions.
• Facilitate team meetings, status updates, and provide clear reporting on project statuses.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, keeping them updated on project progress and ensuring client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or related roles, ideally within a tech or product-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with product development processes and SDLC.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts and tools.
