Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee CTO Office strategic initiatives and roadmap projects in India. This would relate, but not limited to, emerging technology, architecture and transformation.
Act as a confidante & trusted advisor on all strategic deliverables for Technology group in India
Track strategic initiatives by monitoring progress towards meeting goals, analyzing data, ensuring follow-through on the part of key contributors, and sustain momentum needed to drive these initiatives.
Oversee consistent & timely delivery of Projects with superior quality, by ensuring that planning, change management, training and quality management are properly addressed and monitored.
Proactive identification of roadblocks that could affect the successful execution of the Technology Roadmap. This responsibility involves elevating specifics about which the management should be aware and framing/positioning ideas to resolve the problem/mitigate the risk.
Coordinate and oversee the annual planning process for the Technology group from an operational and budgetary perspective.
Develop effective partnerships and work collaboratively with other business unit heads / Vertical leads / functional leaders
Participate in the professional development of Engineering Team in India by demonstrating inclusive leadership, effectively guiding for superior performance and being a role model in the pursuit of excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Leadership profile with experience in management and driving results in a Technology / Product intensive environment.
Good understanding of technology landscape which can be used to drive strategic and operational results while ensuring key stakeholders are onboard
Extensive experience in advising top executives on strategic and organizational matters
Demonstrate energy and dedication, be goal-oriented and self-sufficient, and should have proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with teams & peers.
Highly competent and detail-oriented in executing tasks - motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a significant volume of diverse tasks while consistently delivering high quality work
Superior time management/organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approach
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas
Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
