MEP Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an MEP Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering teams to ensure successful project completion within budget and schedule. The MEP Project Manager will also be responsible for creating project budgets, preparing submittals, and presenting project updates and reports.

Qualifications

MEP engineering knowledge, with specific expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems
2-5 years of Experience in MEP project management, including budgeting and scheduling
Ability to manage submittals, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Master's / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Prior experience in property development would be beneficial
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 (good to have)
