Backed by leading global growth equity company Accel-KKR, we’re now the category leader in Australia (where the business was started by our CEO & Founder) and operate in four countries.
We launched in the UK in 2021 and in the US earlier this year.
The Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, commercially minded B2B marketing leader to join our international marketing team and drive our US growth.
Working closely with our CRO and Head of Content, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to generate inbound leads, build the Uptick brand and support our wider Growth team (marketing and sales).

What you'll need to do:
- Lead content marketing planning and execution for the North American market.
- Develop and manage our performance marketing channels
- Work with our customers to deliver video and written case studies, and generate product reviews and testimonials.
- Organise industry and community events and support our customer teams in building our community network.
- Lead the local execution of partner and product marketing campaigns.
- Manage our industry association memberships, local freelancers and suppliers.
- Support the wider business with marketing requests.
- Report on North American marketing performance
- Collaborate with the wider growth team and other relevant departments, to come up with and test new ideas and continually iterate and improve how we do things.
*About you *
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS).
- Experience in building and leading a marketing function from an early stage or as a senior individual contributor within a larger organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems (ideally HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel (possibly internationally) for industry events and customer meetings.
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Understanding of the fire and life safety industry or other industries focused on field service is a bonus.
