Role Description: The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is a talented generalist who will be help build business critical functions that help us scale. Despite having over 4 million users, we're only just beginning to build our marketing team. You'll love this role if you're a talented builder with aptitude for data, technology, and getting stuff done.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize campaign management, lead flow, and reporting for in-person and digital events, ABM, and online channels.

• Create scalable systems and processes in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

• Lead cross-functional marketing projects to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Implement and integrate tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

• Provide performance updates and actionable insights based on data analysis.

• Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA).

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (B2B Account Engagement), HubSpot, and Google Analytics.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience with ABM tools (e.g., 6Sense, RollWorks, Clearbit) is a plus.

• Startup experience preferred.

• Recent IC (individual contributor) role experience.
