Haul is a venture-backed company building modern compliance, maintenance & safety software for professional fleets in North America. Started by Uber alumni, Haul is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Colorado's Front Range.

You'll get to:

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams throughout the entire design lifecycle, from research and ideation to high-fidelity execution and everything in between.
• Help shape and refine our visual design language to ensure consistent UI/UX across all products.
• Provide thought leadership to develop the right product design strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to apply pixel-perfect detail and when to use low-fidelity sketches.
• Thrive in ambiguity and lead design efforts in situations with incomplete details.

You'll be:

• Passionate about building exceptional consumer & B2B products.
• Highly adaptable with strong fundamental design skills and intuitive problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, using risk and change as opportunities to innovate.
• Goal-oriented, able to combine vision, mission, and strategy into tangible outcomes while setting stretch goals for yourself and your team.
• A collaborative leader with a mix of hands-on skills, analytical thinking, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

You'll bring:

• 2+ years of experience working on large-scale, multi-modal consumer products (web, mobile, tablet).
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Framer, Mural, and Keynote.
• Experience articulating, negotiating, and refining designs with cross-functional teams.
• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills and deep UX knowledge.
• Familiarity with conducting and analyzing user research and incorporating data-driven design insights.
• Knowledge of funnel metrics and KPIs, using them to inform design decisions.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication abilities to drive clarity and buy-in across teams.members
