Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results driven Social Media Specialist with a
specialization in Fintech and expertise in customer acquisition to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute social media strategies that drive
consumer engagement and acquisition while keeping the Customer Acquisition Cost
(CAC) under ₹100. This role requires an innovative thinker with a deep
understanding of the Fintech industry, consumer behaviour, and data driven
marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms
such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand
awareness and user acquisition.
To target HNIs for Investing products of high value
Create compelling and customer centric content tailored to the Fintech
audience, with a focus on promoting financial products/services.
Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns in real-time, ensuring CAC goals of
under ₹100 are met and continually improving campaign performance.
Conduct regular benchmarking against competitors and industry leaders to
keep the brand competitive in the Fintech space.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive
communication strategies across channels.
Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships that resonate with the
target audience, driving both engagement and conversion.
Use paid social campaigns (PPC, social ads, etc.) to increase conversions
while ensuring the budget remains aligned with the CAC target.
Monitor customer feedback, trends, and issues on social media to refine
communication strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with Fintech industry trends, platform changes, and emerging
social media strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, particularly in
the Fintech or Financial Services sector.
Expertise in customer acquisition strategies, specifically achieving CAC goals
below ₹100 in a consumer facing role.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g.,
Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance
analysis.
Creative thinker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Data driven mindset with a strong grasp of KPIs and social media metrics.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with how to target Fintech HNIs.
Experience in paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn
Ads, etc.) for Fintech products.
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour in the financial technology
space.
Ability to analyse trends and adapt strategies in response to the constantly
evolving digital landscape.
