About the company :

Biocule, is an upcoming D2C brand in the beauty and personal care space founded by a group of D2C enthusiasts with relevant industry experience of launching and scaling D2C brands in multiple categories in the past.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Driving the sales performance for the brand on e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
2.Strategize and execute merchandising strategies to establish the brand amongst category best sellers on e-commerce marketplaces.
3.Manage and optimise marketplace listings according to category trends.
4.Managing and executing on-platform promotional brand and product campaigns.
5.Providing insights on customer shopping trends in the category to support portfolio expansion strategies.
6.Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
7.Stay up-to-date with the promotional calendars and plans of e-commerce marketplaces to plan timely growth related interventions.
8.Working closely with demand planning and warehousing stakeholders in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.
9.Maintain relationships with client success representatives of e-commerce marketplaces.
10.Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales, new product sell-through and campaign performance.
