As the Growth Lead at Evolve AI, your responsibilities will include designing innovative, viral growth strategies to accelerate our user acquisition, elevate our brand, and establish a strong presence in the AI market. You will drive expansion by leading strategic initiatives, spearheading impactful campaigns, and forging partnerships with key influencers to fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Viral Growth Strategies: Design creative strategies to drive exponential user growth, utilizing data-driven techniques and innovative growth hacking approaches.
• Product-Led Growth: Drive growth by leveraging the product’s unique value propositions, user modifications, and custom AI capabilities to create buzz and adoption.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Design end-to-end customer acquisition campaigns with a focus on converting initial interest into long-term user engagement.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Identify and capitalize on market trends, evaluate competitive products, and ensure our offerings stand out.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our growth strategy aligns with product capabilities and user needs.
