Sales Development Reprentative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria to determine their potential fit for our solutions.
• Effectively communicate Hirehunch's value proposition to prospects.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales Team to further the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize on pipeline growth.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of SaaS products or willingness to learn.
