We are an organization which makes the process from manuscript submission, to publishing, to distribution fast and easy for writers. About the Role:
We’re looking for High Accountability and High Ownership individuals who are ready to work in a high paced environment. You are expected to coordinate with the clients and make sure that they are getting a clear product offerings understanding from your end and to ensure all aspects of customer acquisition are met.
Key Responsibilities:
● Reach out to potential clients and make sure they are getting an understanding of all the product/service offerings.
● You will be working 6 days a Week from Mon to Sat. Sunday will be your Week off. Initially you will be kept in a 3 Months Probation period. Upon successful completion of the probation period, your Full Time Employment will come into effect.
● For the duration of your probation period you will be paid Rs. 30,000/- as a fixed salary component. Incentives would be over and above this depending upon your performance (As high as 11%)
● Onboarding big ticket authors and organizations
● Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
● Perform Service demos to customers (Online & Offline both)
Requirements:
● Good Communication and negotiation skills
● Any experience in B2C/B2B Sales is a plus.
● Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
● Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech. preferred)
● We expect you to be able to grow and adapt to a rapidly iterating atmosphere of a startup.
