The delivery team at ParallelDots focuses on ensuring successful and seamless implementations of our products for our customers globally. We work on a wide variety of complex and challenging projects to ensure that our solutions meet our customers needs and achieve their business goals. Sr. Project Managers at ParallelDots pride themselves on ownership, proactive communication and providing an exceptional customer experience at every step. They are leaders who come in and take initiative in driving efficiencies across multiple projects and processes. Sr. Project Managers handle multiple complex projects, develop and maintain relationships with customers and are responsible for the strategic planning as well as operational execution on projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and work closely with Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Associate Project Coordinators to execute multiple projects concurrently within a program.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders across regions, gather requirements and translate them into robust project plans and deliverables.
- Lead and own customer communications and manage customer/stakeholder expectations.
- Drive business growth, foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with long term client goals.
- Regularly report on project and program performance, offering stakeholders insightful updates and ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Ensure timely progress and achievement of project milestones and goals by coordinating different workstreams, identifying risks, troubleshooting, and proposing mitigation plans.
- Setup and manage project governance structures to ensure adherence to project management best practices and exceptional customer experience.
- Proactively identify gaps in processes and implement best practices to drive efficiencies.
- Document lessons learnt and feedback from stakeholders. Incorporate these learnings in future projects.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Minimum of 4 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in an enterprise B2B or consulting company.
- A strong working knowledge of SQL, APIs and Master Data Management.
- Previous exposure to working with enterprise customers in North America and Europe.
- Excellent project management capabilities, with a track record in scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
- A project management certification such as a PgMP, PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or CSM is required.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience with interacting with multiple stakeholders (including C-suite executives) to gain consensus and build solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across teams and departments.
- You are passionate about solving problems by understanding customer needs. Should have a growth and learning mindset to solve additional challenges.
- You own your work and proactively drive your tasks and initiatives forward without being asked to do so.
- You are a strategic thinker with a capacity to understand the big picture while also paying attention to minor details.
- You have a proven ability to build, maintain and grow client relationships.
