Retail Media Executive needed to join our team on a permanent basis, here at VML Enterprise Solutions
The opportunity:
In this role, you'll be working directly with top brands, analysing data, optimizing campaigns, and helping them achieve outstanding results. If you're passionate about data, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Client leading communications: Participate in client calls and meetings, providing updates and insights on campaign performance.
- Industry knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the retail media landscape.
- Developing retail media channel alongside leadership: Improving the WoW with leadership on how retail media channel efficiencies can be made.
- Input on automated tool solutions internally: Work alongside the wider channel services team to develop effective and meaningful tooling solutions.
- Campaign management of key accounts: Assist in the day-to-day management of retail media campaigns across various platforms.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to inform client strategies.
- Optimization & Insights: Utilize data to optimize campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
What we want from you:
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strong communication and navigation skills: Be able to guide and lead a client conversation on retail media progression, industry insights and new opportunities.
- Excel Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and basic formulas (experience with queries is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver who can identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Team Player: Collaborative and enjoys working in a team environment.
- Passion for Learning: Eager to learn about retail media and develop new skills.
- Previous experience in retail media or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Understanding of key retail media concepts and platforms (CitrusAd, Criteo etc)
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Design or creative background is a bonus.
