THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF:
- You’re a strategic, hands-on marketer with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management, preferably in real estate, lending, or fintech industries.
- You’re a storyteller who can craft compelling narratives across various channels (blog posts, social media, email campaigns, etc.).
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience working in a startup or growing business.
- You’re passionate about building relationships and developing strategies to engage channel partners and referral sources.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Lead the charge in creating and executing content strategies for lead generation and borrower engagement across multiple channels: website, social media, email, and more.

- Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing aligns with company goals and drives conversions.
- Build relationships with brokers and origination partners to grow engagement and loyalty through tailored marketing support and resources.
- Run social media strategies, grow community engagement, and monitor key metrics to refine your approach for maximum reach.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, such as webinars and conferences, to increase visibility and connect with potential borrowers, brokers, and partners.
- Analyze performance and report on key metrics to adjust campaigns, optimize content, and improve overall marketing impact.
