CloutBurst is an innovative SaaS platform that automates reviews, referrals, user-generated content, and surveys to drive growth for businesses. We’re seeking a strategic and resourceful Digital Monetization Manager to maximize revenue potential through affiliate marketing, digital products, advertising, and other channels. This role will shape our revenue model, developing new digital monetization streams and using automation and AI to drive scalable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy Development: Identify and establish new revenue channels, including affiliate partnerships, digital products, premium content, and subscription models.
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and oversee campaigns to drive sales of digital products and conversions for affiliates, advertising, and other monetization activities.
- Content and Product Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-conversion digital assets, including lead magnets, e-books, and online courses.
- Automation & AI Integration: Use AI and automation tools to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and upselling processes, as well as to personalize user engagement at scale.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, optimizing strategies based on results to enhance ROI.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new monetization methods to keep CloutBurst competitive and innovative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align revenue strategies with broader company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in digital monetization, growth marketing, or similar roles, ideally within SaaS or tech environments.
- Skills: Proven success in affiliate marketing, digital products, and subscription models. Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and data analytics platforms.
- AI & Automation: Strong understanding of AI applications and automation tools for customer engagement, conversion tracking, and campaign management.
- Analytical Abilities: Data-driven approach with a track record of using insights to optimize revenue strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
