Ruby on Rails Senior Developer

We are seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to lead development for Paindai, a unique pain journaling app focused on empowering users to track and understand their pain patterns. The role involves maintaining and expanding our Rails-based backend, optimizing performance, and building new features to enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with the product team to integrate data tracking, insights, and reporting features that allow users to log entries, view trends, and gain personalized insights into their health journey.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience, with a deep understanding of scalable architectures and experience integrating with third-party APIs. Expertise in front-end frameworks, database optimization, and secure data management practices is a must. Familiarity with health-related apps or data-sensitive environments is a plus.
