Startup Fundraising Consultant – Equity/Commission-Based Opportunity for Pre-Revenue Startup

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic, motivated Fundraising Consultant to help secure investment for our upcoming funding rounds. This role is commission/equity-based, meaning you will be rewarded with a percentage of the funds you successfully raise and a potential equity stake in the company based on results. You will play a crucial role in helping us scale our vision and reach new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential investors, including angels, VCs, family offices, and other funding sources.
• Update our existing pitch materials and tailor presentations to resonate with various types of investors.
• Build and manage relationships with investors throughout the fundraising process, acting as our representative and advocate.
• Work with our team to refine and perfect the investor pitch, aligning messaging with our mission and vision.
• Strategize and execute outreach campaigns to target investors, leveraging your network and existing contacts.
• Maintain regular communication with the founding team to update on progress, investor feedback, and any pivots in strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fundraising or investor relations for early-stage startups.
• Strong network of investors, including angels, VCs, or other capital sources.
• Demonstrated ability to close funding deals or assist startups in securing investment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story.
• Knowledge of financial metrics and startup valuations is a plus.
• Self-driven and highly motivated, with a track record of working successfully in commission-based roles.

Compensation:
This is a commission/equity-based role. You will earn a percentage of all funds raised and may also receive an equity stake in our company based on results.
