We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Finance Startup Advisor to help us optimize our financial operations and support our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, particularly in the startup ecosystem, and a passion for the sports or gaming industry.

Responsibilities
• Financial Strategy: Provide expert guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth and scalability.
• Capital Raising: Provide recommendations on developing strategies for fundraising, including pitch decks, investor communications, and identifying potential investors.
• Cash Flow Management: Advise on the processes to maintain effective cash flow management leading to operational stability.
• Financial Analysis: Offer insights on financial performance metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decision-making.
• Cost Management: Advise on cost control measures and operational efficiencies to maximize profitability.
• Compliance and Reporting: Advise on compliance with financial regulations and the processes needed to prepare financial reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the sports or gaming industries.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and capital management.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A passion for sports and gaming is a plus.

We sold out of our card games in the 2023 football season. We made some revisions to the card game and we are back with a new and improved card game for the 2024 football season. We currently only make football games. The concept of the game is transferable to other sports including baseball, basketball, soccer, hockey, etc.

You would receive equity in the company. We are only asking for 1 hour per week.
