Bxlend is a cutting-edge crypto-banking platform dedicated to revolutionizing the way you manage and interact with your digital assets. Based in Lithuania with VASP license.

Experience:

Successfully advised 5+ early stage tech/fintech startups through rounds/exits
Hands-on experience raising $3-5M rounds as lead advisor
Expert network of angel and Seed stage investors
Background in relevant areas like banking, crypto, lending

Responsibilities:

Create fundraising strategy and plan to reach targets
Introduce Bxlend to qualified investor network
Refine pitch, deck and messaging based on investor feedback
Schedule and prepare CEO/team for investor meetings
Track due diligence requests and manage diligence process
Coordinate with legal on documentation and deal terms
Lead valuation assessment and negotiate on Bxlend's behalf
Drive rounds to successful completion within fundraise timeline
Provide ongoing mentorship to management team
Ideally also:

Sit on Bxlend Board/advisor role post-investment
Commit personal investment in round alongside guidance
Track KPIs like progress milestones, fundraising health
Introduce strategic partnerships and customers down the line
