Base Salary: $120K - $145K
Equity: 0.02% to 0.04%
Location: Hybrid Office/Remote

Key responsibilities:
- Full-cycle Recruitment: Own the full recruitment life cycle across all our teams globally, including Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations.
- Strategic Partner: Act as a strategic partner to company leaders and hiring managers, ensuring that all hiring goals are meet in a timely manner with top-tier candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use creative sourcing strategies to attract a pool of top-quality candidates.
- Candidate Experience Excellence: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience that is fair, meritocratic, and fosters long-term relationships.
- Be The Face of Kalepa: Champion Kalepa’s culture and position us as the employer of choice for top talent.
About you:
- You have 4+ years of Recruiting experience with a track record of attracting and hiring A+ players.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of different functions, such as GTM, Engineering, Product, or Operations.
- You are aligned with Kalepa’s unique culture and are excited to evangelize it with candidates.
- You have previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company and know what it takes to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You are analytical and use key recruiting metrics to inform your strategies and tactics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage candidates and communicate Kalepa’s values, culture, and the nature of the roles.
- You love to hustle: finding ways to get things done, destroying obstacles, and never taking no for an answer. The words “it can’t be done” don’t exist in your vocabulary.
- You are passionate, deeply motivated, and have a strong will to win. You are excited about building a world-class team.
- You are an excellent listener. You are perceptive to candidates’ questions and concerns. You serve as a trusted representative of Kalepa.
- You value open, frank, and respectful communication.
- You have experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
As a plus:
- Previous experience at early-stage startups
- In addition to the US, you have experience recruiting in European markets
