This role is full-time and 100% remote.
In this role, you'll help us expand our talent network on Lawtrades and play a critical role in evangelizing our mission and offerings.

As a recruiter at Lawtrades, here's what you'll help us with:

• You'll help us attract a world class network of legal talent to support our clients.
• You'll be interfacing regularly with lawyers, paralegals, contract managers and folks with compliance backgrounds.
• You'll help drive awareness and growth about our flexible work model.
• You'll help source and screen talent and help them apply to jobs that align with their career goals.

The ideal person for this role is:

• Mid-level to senior looking to break into the tech industry.
• A skilled communicator across all channels.
• Someone that has experience with tools like Indeed, Linkedin Recruiter, posting jobs and much more.
• Someone that can work in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple demands.
• Someone that's worked as a recruiter in the past within a recruitment firm or marketplace.
