Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Manage and grow existing client accounts.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Package Customization and Itinerary Creation:
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
Customize travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Create detailed itineraries, including travel schedules, budgets, and logistics.
Client Follow-Up and Support:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Follow up with clients post-trip to gather feedback and build long-term
relationships.
