Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team on a part-time, commission-based basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with digital agencies and consultants and will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth for our web and app development services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with digital agencies and consultants.
• Develop and implement strategies to bring in long-term partnerships with entities looking to outsource their software (web/app) development.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure all parties meet the terms of the agreement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnerships with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Monitor partnership performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and identify potential new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a strategic partnerships role, particularly with digital agencies and consultants.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with the potential for significant earnings based on performance. After the test phase, we will negotiate a contract for permanent collaboration.
