Role Description

Are you ready to jump into a dynamic startup environment and make a real impact?

As an Operations Intern at LingoPanda, you’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience in operations and project management, while working alongside a supportive, talented team that’s redefining language learning. This is an on-site role at our Bengaluru office, where every day brings new challenges, exciting projects, and endless learning opportunities. You'll work on crucial tasks to ensure smooth operations, optimize processes, and bring new ideas to the table. If you’re eager to learn, contribute, and grow, this role is your gateway to understanding the inner workings of a VC-backed startup.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and project management skills
Exceptional communication skills for smooth coordination across teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proactive attitude with a love for learning new skills
Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
Event organization experience at school or college is a major advantage
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
