About the Role:Madison Logic is eagerly seeking an Enterprise Sales Director who is fluent in both English and Spanish to drive our expansion efforts in Mexico. This role requires a passion for data-driven, digital media solutions and thrives in a dynamic environment. As a key consultant, you will engage with some of the fastest-growing brands in the global marketplace. Our team is the core of everything we do, and the selection process starts with you!
What You'll Do:
- Conduct consultative sales of Madison Logic’s portfolio of B2B products to marketers in Mexico and the broader Latin American region.
- Achieve annual, monthly, and quarterly sales targets [as defined on an annual basis].
- Identify methods to promote and accelerate achievement of sales goals in the region.
- Penetrate assigned accounts, including new business, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Manage ongoing relationships with enterprise accounts in the region.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients sufficient to exceed annual sales goals.
- Act as a digital marketing consultant for enterprise and mid-market clients, staying abreast of digital marketing best practices and helping clients meet their revenue goals.
- Work collaboratively with our Customer Success team to ensure successful client onboarding and provide white-glove support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Your Profile/Qualifications:
- University Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, selling B2B digital marketing solutions to marketing leadership in large enterprise accounts.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual targets in excess of $1.5 million USD.
- 2+ years of over-achieving sales quotas (top 10-15% of company).
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong track record of building positive internal relationships with sales support staff.
- A consultative sales style, with strong experience selling solutions in a fast-paced environment.
