Qualifications
- Passion for data-driven marketing strategy.
- Strong grasp of unit economics and offer creation aligned with those metrics.
- Proven experience as a marketing officer or funnel manager, preferably within eCommerce.
- Expertise in funnels and their application to eCommerce.
- In-depth knowledge of upsells and cross-sells, and how to integrate them into a funnel.
- At least intermediate copywriting knowledge, working alongside a copywriting team.
- Strong communication skills (both visual and written).
- Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for staying on top of marketing trends and applying them strategically.
Responsibilities
- Develop New Offers: Design offers for current and new products to drive performance improvements.
- Strategize Upsells: Create upsell funnels, including advertorials, video sales letters (VSLs), and unique offers that elevate brand value.
- Lead A/B Testing: Design, coordinate, and assess A/B tests across products; analyze results to refine the company's funnel roadmap.
- Optimize Post-Purchase Funnels: Create backend offers with VSLs, collaborating with copywriters and developers for setup and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Head of Product: Develop and optimize upsells, including post-purchase and cart upsells, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Coordinate Marketing Initiatives: Align paid advertising campaigns with backend funnel strategies, tracking campaign winners and funnel performance.
