Bitfinity network is a protocol designed to bring decentralised DeFi to Bitcoin, through a constellation of apps and services. Our mission is to build the largest network of cross-chain DeFi apps. We are backed by several T1 VCs, including Polychain Capital and ParaFi Capital, and our founders have early experience working with the Ethereum community.

Our team is a fully remote, self-managed organisation of 30+ that gives you plenty of space to experiment and fit into the roles that excite you the most. There is no preferred work location, but you will be working primarily with UK / CET zones, and our London offices are in the West End. We value diversity and inclusion in the office.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse marketing, and provide compelling reports on a monthly and quarterly basis according to the KPIs;
• manage the marketing team, hold daily meetings, ensure team KPIs are met, push the team towards success;
• Manage the Discord channel, organise the calendar of events for the community.
• Establish the framework that holds our content to a high bar of clarity, effectiveness, and style and ensures that all content is on-message, on-brand, and optimizing its full potential.
• Identify top conferences to have brand presence at to establish thought-leadership and build brand presence

Requirements:

• Excellent writing and oral skills to communicate efficiently with the public, media, and other stakeholders – *Proficiency in English (C1/C2);
• Understanding of B2B marketing, corporate reputation;
• Higher Education: Preferably, the holder of a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant academic field
