EkStep takes on the multidimensional problem of a lack of access to learning opportunities in India, working to improve literacy and numeracy and addressing this challenge at scale. The belief is that for things to work for scale, they need to be designed such that the problem gets solved. Their focus is to enable civil society, governments and the private sector to make meaningful decisions for the collective wellbeing, catalyzing interactions, building public goods and orchestrate sharing of resources.About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the program team for day-to-day operations.
2. Provide support and assistance to schools in implementing our programs effectively.
3. Collect feedback from schools and stakeholders to continuously improve our programs and services.
4. Be responsible for running assigned schools independently (demonstrate problem-solving skills).
5. Be responsible for research and onboarding new schools.

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Nov'24 and 31st Nov'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Fluency in English.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Availability for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year.
