What you'll do:
- Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and proper utilization.
- Develop and implement data aggregation strategies from various sources including team calendars, instant messaging, emails, and internal communication channels.
- Generate comprehensive reports on sales activities and pipeline status for team leads and executives.
- Continuously analyze and iterate on the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with the partnerships team to implement and refine best practices.
- Procure relevant tools and software to help enhance partnerships team capability and efficacy.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the sales cycle.
- Assist in organizing key meetings and follow-ups based on CRM data.
- Provide administrative support to the partnerships team as required.
- Create, update, and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product sheets, and case studies.
- Ensure all materials are up-to-date, aligned with company messaging, and easily accessible to the team.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and productivity suites.
- Strong Notion and Google Suite proficiency (or willingness to learn) is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management skillsSuperior written and verbal communication skills.
