Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer with a strong technical background in digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and using data-driven insights to inform strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to reach our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Search (SEM):
Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify keywords relevant to our products and TG.
Optimize ad copy and landing pages for higher Quality Scores and lower CPCs.
Social Media Advertising:
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Use advanced targeting options to reach specific segments of our audience based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
Create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with different user personas.
Display and Programmatic Advertising:
Utilize display networks and programmatic advertising platforms to expand reach.
Implement retargeting/remarketing campaigns to re-engage website visitors and app users.
Analytics and Reporting:
Set up and manage web and app analytics tools such as GA4, Firebase Analytics, and Appsflyer.
A/B Testing and Experimentation:
Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on ads, landing pages, and user funnels using tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO.
*Qualifications *
Bachelor’s in digital marketing, engineering or other relevant field
Certifications in FB Blueprint, Google Ads or similar
Experience
3-5 years in performance marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services
Proven in scaling user acquisition while optimizing for CAC and LTV
Preferred Technical Skills
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data interpretation.
Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tools like Optimizely, VWO, or similar.
Proficient in SEO best practices with experience using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
