Niswey is a rapidly growing company focused on leveraging the USD 120 billion martech industry. We have marketing services as well as products built largely around the HubSpot ecosystem. We are Asia's first HubSpot Elite partner, which makes us among the top 40 HubSpot partners globally. We have several products in the HubSpot marketplace and are building new ones this year.
This role is focused on optimizing internal tech systems for greater business efficiency, collaborating with the founding team on tech strategies to drive revenue, and leading the end-to-end planning, design and delivery of new products and services. This position requires a strong ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical management, ensuring that technology contributes to both internal efficiency and client-facing products/services.

Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Alignment:
Oversee the integration of technology solutions to align with business goals.
Collaborate with the executive team to design and execute a technology strategy that drives business growth.
Lead the tech teams in planning and executing long-term technology initiatives to align with product development goals.
Communicate the technology vision and strategy to stakeholders, partners, and investors.
- Product Development & Delivery:
Partner with the Head of Product to plan, design, and deliver new products and services.
Work with Product Owners to streamline release pipelines and improve efficiency.
Ensure cross-functional coordination to meet business objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Oversee research, development, and launch of new product lines, including budget and resource management.
- Technical Team Leadership:
Set tech team KPIs in alignment with business objectives and performance metrics.
Manage technical resources and oversee the hiring and growth of tech team members.
Provide mentorship to technical staff, ensuring personal and professional development.
Drive technical projects, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Client & Partner Relations:
Build confidence with clients by conveying the organization's technical capabilities.
Engage with clients and partners on technical aspects of product offerings, understanding their needs, and addressing feedback.
Lead conversations with key customers, suppliers, and industry partners to foster relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Operational Excellence:
Oversee product development from concept to launch, including technical planning, SDLC processes, and QA.
Draft and manage quarterly OKRs and engineering KPIs.
Ensure project estimation and client quotes are accurate and aligned with technical feasibility.
Drive continuous improvements in skills, processes, and products through customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience:
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong focus on product development, technical operations, and engineering management.
Proven experience in developing and executing technology strategies that drive business growth.
Extensive background in leading tech teams, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering complex technical products.
Experience in collaborating with executive leadership and key stakeholders on business strategy and technology alignment.
Hands-on experience with SDLC processes, quality assurance, and project estimation.
- Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of tech stack optimization, resource management, and technical project delivery.
Experience in managing engineers and product owners to ensure smooth pipelines and delivery.
Ability to review technical proposals for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with industry standards.
- Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership skills, including mentorship, team management, and strategic vision.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and project management abilities.
Ability to align cross-functional teams to ensure that tech objectives meet business goals.
