The Opportunity:
Identity Labs is hiring a Senior Recruiter. For the right person, this will be a career-defining role.
You'll co-build the management team of a potential $100M business, bring Identity Labs' scientific approach to content creation globally, and create 1000 creative jobs in India.
*12-16 LPA, In-person, Full-time, Bangalore.

Identity Labs' Mission:

What you will do:
- Our current team was meant to take the company from 0-$1M. You’ll build the 10-person team that will take us from $1-$10M in 2025.
- Your main goal will be to recruit leaders for our key functions: US Business Growth, Creative Operations, and Talent Development. To do that, you need to be extremely aligned with Identity Labs’ mission, understand the skills needed to excel at each function, and design tailored recruiting strategies for each function.
- You will be an evangelist of Identity Labs, responsible for designing recruitment operations end to end. From sourcing, to assessment, and to onboarding, you’ll ensure every applicant has an excellent experience even if not selected.
Qualification Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience doing high volume recrutiing for a multinational in India
- Exceptional communication influence - to explain the impact of a role with palpable excitement to potential recruits and make a compelling case for strong candidates to our team.
- High-Intensity Execution - as soon as a position opens up, you should be able to undrstand the needs, draft a JD, communicate with potential recruiters, post jobs, and start getting applicants the same day. Be excellent at project management, time management and organisation.
- Relationship Building - develop strong partnerships with other executive reruiters, candidates, and our team members. Be able to inspire trust among all stakeholders.
- Proven Proficiency in LinkedIn - understand where to look and how to leverage tools to better attract the best talent.
