About FinLocker
FinLocker is on a mission to create financially fit homeowners and digitally empowered lenders. Through our FinLocker app, we provide the tools and transparency for a streamlined and stress-free home ownership process. Our product is available to consumers in private-labeled versions through our clients who are primarily mortgage lenders, banks and credit unions, and other companies serving the real estate market.
At FinLocker, we are creating a revolutionary customer-centric company of talented, enthusiastic people who enjoy coming to work every day. Things move quickly at FinLocker and that means we must be nimble. We look for people that love big challenges, welcome change, and want to be part of an organization that is on the front line of how the homeownership industry interacts with consumers. We keep sane working hours, while still taking care of business, and believe in being ourselves on and off the job.
FinLocker was founded by mortgage experts and is backed by Cultivation Capital, TransUnion and other investors. We are based in St. Louis, MO and have a remote team working across the US.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously improve the applications; find and fix bugs and suggest longer-term architecture updates while improving application performance
- Instrument applications to ensure we can fully understand consumer utilization and allow rapid issue resolution
- Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment
- Evaluate opportunities to bring new features to mobile users from a technical perspective
- Build strong working relationships with the team
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years mobile development experience for both iOS and Android platforms, front- and back-end, ideally across multiple products
- Prior working experience and comfort working with .NET 6 or 8 and C#
- Deep knowledge of Apple and Google standards - and willingness to stay on top of them as they change!
- Sound programming fundamentals: experience working with memory management, multi-threaded programming, and animations.
- Enthusiasm and expertise promoting availability, scalability, reliability, and especially security, as part of developing and building a well-managed platform.
- Experience working with Agile development processes; familiarity with Azure DevOps and Azure App Center is a plus.
- Nice-to-haves: experience with white-labelled products, current accessibility requirements, modern UX design for mobile, SQL and Google Analytics, experience working with financial services products, start-up experience.
What we offer:
- A remote work environment.
- Competitive salary and equity package.
- A 401K plan
- Company paid comprehensive health and dental insurance.
- Unlimited vacation policy.
- A creative, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
- The chance to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives by improving their financial fitness and supporting every step of their homeownership journey
