Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Partner Outreach Specialist to take charge of outbound calls to potential and existing business partners. This role is critical to nurturing relationships, generating business opportunities, and driving the growth of our partner network. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and a natural communicator with a talent for building rapport over the phone. You will be the bridge between our company and partners, ensuring a seamless experience that fosters long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing partners, introducing them to our services, offerings, and partnership benefits.
  • Clearly communicate the value propositions of our company’s platform and services, tailoring messaging to partner needs.
  • Engage partners by discussing their business goals, identifying alignment with our solutions, and creating partnership opportunities.
  • Nurture and build strong, lasting relationships with partners by providing consistent follow-up and support.
  • Address inquiries, objections, and partner challenges confidently, while offering solutions and guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful partnerships.
  • Track all partner interactions in the CRM system, documenting key information and feedback to continuously improve outreach strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and engagement goals, ensuring a steady pipeline of active and new partners.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and the company, communicating product updates, promotions, or program changes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Volume of successful outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Number of new partnerships established or leads converted.
  • Partner engagement and satisfaction ratings.
  • Contribution to partner program revenue and growth.

Requirements

  1. Experience:
  2. 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, partner relations, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  3. Proven experience in developing and managing B2B relationships is highly desirable.

  4. Skills:

  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage business professionals over the phone.

  6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships.

  7. Active listening skills and the ability to quickly identify partner needs and present solutions.

  8. Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and managing multiple conversations and relationships simultaneously.

  9. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and other communication tools.

  10. Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

  11. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not mandatory.

  12. Preferred Qualifications

  13. Prior experience in partner or channel development.

  14. Familiarity with business models in the tech, SaaS, or service industries.

  15. Knowledge of current market trends and partner ecosystems.

  16. Personal Attributes

  17. Highly motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude.

  18. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections gracefully.

  19. Resilient, adaptable, and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
