🔧 What You'll Do:
Model Development: Drive the integration and further advancement of foundation models.
Pre-train & Fine-tune: Design and execute pre-training pipelines for cutting-edge foundational models.
Data Curation: Acquisition and management of large-scale datasets including automated crawling.
Model Optimisation: Conduct experiments to enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability.
Evaluation: Establish metrics and assess the performance of the proposed algorithms.
Stay Informed: Continuously monitor and apply the latest advancements in AI research.
Collaboration: Partner with leading researchers, data scientists, and engineers to push the boundaries of AI.

🎯 What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or NLP.
Strong expertise in transformers, language models, and the fine-tuning process.
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience with LLM libraries such as HuggingFace, LangChain, LlamaIndex or Ollama.
Skilled in handling large datasets and vector databases (e.g. Chroma, Pinecone).
Knowledge of distributed computing and model optimisation techniques (e.g. Lightning AI, bitsandbytes).
A passion for AI innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
